By creating an account or using Playboards, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Playboards is an online platform for playing classic board games including Tic Tac Toe, Dudoku, and Daadi. We provide real-time multiplayer gaming sessions accessible through your web browser.

3. Account Registration

• You may register using Google OAuth or email/password
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Use offensive or inappropriate display names
• Cheat or exploit bugs in games
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Spam or send unsolicited messages

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of any content you create (display names, in-game chat)
• Chat messages are temporary and deleted when game sessions expire (2 hours)
• By posting content, you grant us the right to display it within the service

6. Intellectual Property

All games, code, designs, and content on Playboards are owned by the Playboards project and its contributors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Service Availability

• We provide the service “as is” without warranties
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Game sessions are temporary and expire after 2 hours of inactivity

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or for any reason. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any)
• We are not responsible for loss of data or game progress

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
